Naila Francis
Grief Coach | Death Midwife | Founder of Salt Trails Grief Collective | Interfaith Minister | Wedding Officiant | Community Builder | Poet & Storyteller
Naila (she/her) is a grief coach, death midwife, ordained interfaith minister, and poet who offers compassionate, holistic support for the tender landscapes of grief, loss, and dying. She is the heart behind Salt Trails, the one who envisioned and gathered the collective with a deep desire to create spaces for communal grieving, ritual, and connection. A lifelong lover of language and meaning-making, Naila brings warmth, reverence, and poetic presence to her work, grounded in her Caribbean roots and years of holding space at both the thresholds of life and death.
Whether guiding someone through heartbreak, officiating weddings, or crafting ceremonies to honor transition, Naila moves with a deep respect for the human experience — its ache, its awe, and its beauty. Her work is infused with tenderness, playfulness, and a fierce devotion to love in all its forms.
